At Hometown Urgent Care, we want to make your visit as quick and as enjoyable as possible. If your questions about your visit are not answered below, please call us.

What do I need to bring?

• Your insurance card, if applicable
• Your photo ID
• A medical release form, if you are under 18 and unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian

How long will my visit take?
Most Hometown patients are seen in 30 minutes or less and treated in under an hour.

Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary!
Hometown Urgent Care offers convenient extended evening and weekend hours 365 days a year.
