Here at Hometown we are working with you to make America's Healthcare Affordable by offering self-pay discounts to both new and established patients. Our co-pays are approximately 1/3 the cost of the average ER visit and we know that makes a difference. Be sure to bring your photo id and insurance card even if you choose to self-pay.
