Hometown Urgent Care will have other commonly prescribed medications available at substantially discounted rates which are below most of the insurances co-pay prices.  These medications are:

Naproysyn               $5.00 
Flexeril                     $8.00  
CPM/DM/PE            $10.00
Zithromax Z-Pack   $25.00

 

 

 

Please note that our $5 prescription program is only available at our Woodman, Springboro, Xenia, Huber Heights and Troy locations.

 

 

 


PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS

There is no income, insurance criteria or any strings attached to receive $5 medications. 

Everyone that is treated by a Hometown Urgent Care physician is eligible and welcome to take advantage of the Free Prescription Program.
